Client Overview
Our client is a Malaysia-based semiconductor manufacturer that was previously part of a major global semiconductor group. Its operations depend on multiple business-critical applications supporting supply chain management, production and capacity planning, enterprise functions, operational services, and web-based business services. Following the business separation, the organisation needed to establish an independent operating environment capable of supporting these complex manufacturing and enterprise activities. Maintaining the availability, reliability, and functionality of these systems was essential to ensuring continued business operations throughout the transition.
The Challenge
The separation from the former parent organisation required the client to transfer or re-establish critical applications, infrastructure, technical knowledge, and operational processes within a new independent environment.
