HR Executive
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in handling HR activities.
• Computer literate and having good skills in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, HR & Payroll software
• Report to Team Manager, Team-work oriented
• High integrity and work ethics.
• Meticulous, patient and self-motivated.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner.
• Working experience in IT industry is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Involve in human resources administration includes payroll, talent acquisition, recruitment, talent
development, training, workplace culture, and welfare.
• Experiences below (or partial) are required:
o Hands on experience using any software in processing payroll and statutory bodies Payment i.e. LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, HRD Corporation.
o Work on talents acquisition plan. Execute the activities to attract talent initiative. Work on the recruitment plan.
o Coordinate, conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
o Work on talent development plan on training, promotion, role function exchange, knowledge sharing, and continual learning.
o Manage and maintenance employee handbook, and company human resources policy and procedure.
o Involve in HR performance, profiling management
o Work on HR budget planning.
o Work on expatriate hiring & application matters.
o Maintain, nurture workplace culture.
o Plan and arrange welfare related activities.
• Perform any other duties related to office administration as assigned by superior
from time to time.
